Murali Vullaganti
Co-Founder, Director and Chief Mentor
Murali was formerly Managing Director of Xansa India, responsible for IT and BPO operations, and Regional Director, EDS Asia Pacific. He has been a strategy advisor to a number of IT and ITES companies in India and overseas. He is also Founder and Executive Chairman of PeopleShores Inc., USA, providing technology driven jobs to the economically challenged communities there.
Murali is a Masters in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani and Post Graduate from IIT, Kharagpur.
G Srinivasan
Co- Founder and Director
G.Srinivasan, Co-Founder & Director, has work experience of over 40 years, including 20 years in the Corporate sector in Finance, Planning and Marketing in Wimco, SRF and Wipro Finance; and the last 20 years in Strategic Financial Consulting and Investment Banking Advisory apart from social entrepreneurship.
He is Co- Founder and Director of Dawn Consulting Group and a member and Partner in CDI Global Inc. a mid-market M & A Network with presence in 39 countries. He is a Member of Advisory Council of IIMPACT, an NGO with a mission of educating the deprived girl child in villages, educating 60,000 girls in 2000 villages across 10 States in India.
Also teaches in prestigious Management Institutes in the field of Finance & Accounting. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, after B.Com from Vivekananda College, Madras University.
Mohamed Amersi

Mohamed Amersi is a British businessman and philanthropist. Chairman of Inclusive Ventures Group, he is also Founder Chairman of Amersi Foundation. He is on the Board of few Corporations. Amersi is a medicine and law graduate from Cambridge and an Executive MBA from Said Business School, Oxford.
Arshad Sayyad

Arshad Sayyad headed Fidelity Investments and was Managing Director of business units in Accenture. Prior to that, he has worked in leadership roles in Wipro, Cap Gemini and Cognizant. He is an Engineer and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Shobhna Gupta
Director
Shobhna Gupta has served as Chief Financial Officer in Multinational Organisations such as FedEx Middle East, Indian Sub Continent and Africa and the Mezzan Group, Middle East for more than 25 years. In retirement, she is serving as a Financial Advisor to large Social Service projects such as establishment of the World’s first free of cost Medical College, a Teaching hospital and more than 30 world class Educational Institutions set up in India. She has more than 10 years of experience in set up of large BPO operations in India during her role as CFO. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant (England & Wales) with KPMG in London. She also holds a Masters in Clinical Biochemistry from the University of Surrey in the UK.
