Ramesh has 28 years of global industry experience. He started his career with Unilever and worked with them in India and in the UK for over 20 years . During his association with Unilever, he set up Indigo, the shared services subsidiary for Unilever and led its development globally. When Unilever sold the business, he oversaw the transition of Indigo to Capgemini. In Capgemini, he led the BPO business for Asia and was a member of the global BPO Board. During this period he lived and worked in China and led a 4000 member team across India, China and Australia. Ramesh has global experience in the consumer goods and outsourcing industries in over 20 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. Ramesh is a Management post graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Prior to joining RuralShores, Neeraj was associated with NIIT Ltd as Senior Vice President & has also worked with KLG Systel Ltd, Qubie Computers, Indian Sugar and Gen Engg Corp, Hindustan Petroleum etc. He has over 27 years of work experience in different industries in varied roles. He has speciliazed in Business Strategy, Program Management, Operations, Managing Business, Profitability Management & Team Management in IT/ Manufacturing Industries. In 2006, he set up the NIIT Foundation where he implemented models for providing quality education to under-served youth in rural India as well as urban slums. Neeraj actively participates with an NGO that skills deaf youth for employment with Corporates.
Murali is Co-Founder, Director and Chief Mentor of RuralShores. He was formerly Managing Director of Xansa India, responsible for IT and BPO operations.Prior to Xansa, Murali was associated with EDS Asia Pacific, as Regional Director. He has been a strategy advisor to a number of IT and ITES companies in India and overseas. He held several senior executive positions at large IT and BPO organizations in USA and Singapore. He is also founding director of Compassites Software, a technology ideation company, headquartered in Bangalore. He is Vice Chairman, NASE(National Association of Social Enterprises), India.
Ram is Co-Founder of RuralShores. He is former President and CIO of Essar Group, one of the largest industrial conglomerates in India.He was CIO of HDFC Bank since its inception in 1994. He also served as a director on the boards of a number of companies, including HDFC Bank affiliates SolutionNET India Private Ltd, Flexcel International Private Ltd, and Softcell Technologies Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Srinivasan is Co-Founder of RuralShores. He founded Dawn Consulting and he has worked at Wipro Finance as Vice President, Marketing and with SRFHe advises clients in the areas of strategic finance, strategic planning advice for startups, Consulting, Venture Capital & Private Equity investments for corporates and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Dawn Consulting, Srinivasan has worked at Wipro Finance as Vice President, Marketing, SRF in various corporate functions and at Wimco and Pressmetal Corp.
V.S. Rangan, Executive Director of HDFC Ltd., holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Mr. Rangan joined the Corporation in 1986 and has served in Delhi and was the Senior General Manager - Corporate Planning & Finance at Head Office since 2000. Mr. Rangan has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Corporation for a period of 5 years with effect from January 1, 2010. He is also a member of the Investors’ Grievance Committee of Directors with effect from May 4, 2010. He is responsible for the Treasury, Resources and Accounts functions of the Corporation.
A Srinivasan is a Senior Executive at TATA group. Srini’s focus is on Delivery Excellence, Enterprise Knowledge Management and Audit & Compliance. He has managed several engagements across multiple industries including banking, telecom and manufacturing. He has been associated with driving tools deployment as part of Integrated Tools Deployment initiative. Srini, a KM enthusiast and staunch proponent of leveraging social media within the enterprise for conducting day-to-day work is instrumental in sharing the best practices across the organization. He has been regularly participating in academic interactions to share his KM experiences with the academia. Srini has a post-graduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from IIT Madras.
Venky Natarajan is the Managing Partner at Lok Advisory Services. At Lok, Venky is focused on microfinance, housing finance, healthcare and education sectors. Venky is on the boards of Ujjivan, Suryoday, Rural Shores, Asirvad and IFMR Rural Channels. Prior to joining Lok Advisory Services, Venky was with Intel Corporation and Intel Capital for over 12 years with experience in venture capital, product development and marketing. Venky holds an MBA from Cornell University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State in Tempe.
Ranganathan is one of the Co-Founders of RuralShores. He is on the advisory and governing board of The Bharti Foundation (Airtel). He is also Co-Founder and Chairman of Compassites. He has worked with Ernst & Young as a senior partner. He has contributed significantly to study and research on the subject of entrepreneurship and has published extensively on the subject. He is now associated with a number of social projects driven by social entrepreneurs.
Sujatha is a passionate entrepreneur and pioneer of domestic BPO. She founded MMC Infotech, a domestic focused BPO company and successfully built into a large organization. Based in Chennai, MMC boasts of a number of marquee financial institutions among its clients. She is also the key architect of the model Rural BPO centre in Puttaparthi, known as SAISEVA.
Sudhakar is Chairman and MD of Mastek, an organization delivering strategic technology programs and platforms that enable their clients achieve business innovation and transformation. He was CIO of Rediffusion Dentsu Young & Rubicam. He is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Manjiree serves as a Dy. General Manager in the Treasury Department of Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (HDFC). She joined HDFC in July 2003 and is a part of the investment & corporate strategy team. She handled the first masala bond issue (listed on the London Stock Exchange) in the country for HDFC. She was actively involved in the acquisition of Credila Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (Credila), now the student loan subsidiary of HDFC. She is a nominee director on the board of Sewa Grih Rin Pvt. Ltd. (an affordable housing finance company), an invitee to the boards of Credila, HDFC Holdings Ltd. & HDFC Investments Ltd. (subsidiaries of HDFC).
