Murali is a Co-Founder and CEO of RuralShores. He served as a Strategy Advisor to a number of IT and ITES companies in India and overseas. Murali was previously the Managing Director of Xansa India; wherein he was responsible for IT and BPO operations of Xansa in India. Prior to Xansa, Murali was associated with EDS Asia Pacific, as Regional Director. Having lived in the USA for 15 years and the Asia Pacific (Singapore) for 5 years, Murali held several senior executive positions at large IT and BPO organizations globally. He is also a founding Director of Compassites Software, a technology ideation company which is headquartered in Bangalore.

Srini has over 25 years experience in Finance, Marketing and General Management across leading corporations. He advises clients in the areas of strategic finance, strategic planning advice for startups, Consulting, Venture Capital & Private Equity investments for corporates and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Dawn Consulting, Srinivasan has worked at Wipro Finance as Vice President, Marketing, SRF in various corporate functions and at Wimco and Pressmetal Corp.

Maharaja comes with over 21 years of experience in banking, insurance and BPO Industry. Maharaja has previously worked for companies such as SCOPE International, Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank and Karur Vysya Bank.

Sharmila Paranjpe

Chief Business Development Officer

Sharmila brings with her an IT experience of 18 years with over 15 years in Wipro. She has a rich experience in handling client engagement in BFSI and Telecom Industry. She has also been associated with various social and sustainability assignments in the capacity of a consultant for the last four years. She brings to RuralShores the combination of industry experience and her social passion.

Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining RuralShores, Raghunath was associated with VFS Global as Head-Information Security & also worked with MIEL e-Security, Net ProActive, Wipro and the Indian Navy. Raghunath has a rich experience of over 25 years in his domain.

Amit has been associated with Spanco BPO as AVP & also worked with Intelenet Global Services.He has a vast experience in BPO industry, prior to which he was a first generation entrepreneur.
