Though the work is carried on in a rural center, there is no compromise on the quality front. We are committed to adhering to the same Service Levels as followed in urban centers.

RuralShores leverages on a powerful Process Governance Model that ensures the highest quality of work that is being delivered to our clients. In this model, the Chief Process Delivery Officer has the overall responsibility for delivery across all centers. This officer is supported by a number of Senior Process & Quality Managers based in the Regional Offices and at hub centers who provide delivery oversight & client accountability for a number of centers within that region and hub.

At the centre level, the Process Manager is responsible for assuring quality.
