Deepak Parekh

Deepak Parekh is the Non-Executive Chairman of Housing Development Finance Corporation, India's leading housing finance company. Mr. Parekh is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC), the Non-Executive Chairman of Glaxo India Ltd & Burroughs Wellcome (India) Ltd and on the Board of Castrol BP India, Hindustan Unilever, Siemens Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra, Indian Hotels Company and SingTel.

Mr. Parekh has won several awards including Padma Bhushan, conferred on him by the Government of India in 2006, Businessman of the Year 1996 from Business India and the JRD Tata Corporate Leadership Award by All India Management Association (AIMA). He was the first recipient of the Qimpro Platinum Award for Quality for his contributions to the services sector, and the youngest recipient of the prestigious Corporate Award for Life Time Achievement by the Economic Times.. In 2010 he was the first international recipient of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales’ Outstanding Achievement Award, for his contribution over many years to the finance and accountancy profession

Deepak Satwalekar

Deepak Satwalekar is the Lead Independent Director of Infosys. Mr. Satwalekar served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited between 2000 and 2008. Prior to that, he served as the Managing Director of HDFC between 1993 and 2000. Mr. Satwalekar has been a consultant to the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the United Nations Centre for Human Settlements (HABITAT). He is on the Advisory Council of IIT, Bombay and has chaired and is a member of several expert groups related to industry, government and the Reserve Bank of India. Mr. Satwalekar has been honored as a Distinguished Alumnus of IIT, Bombay.

Mr. Satwalekar is currently active on the Board of Trustees of two organizations engaged in the field of primary education for the low income and socially disadvantaged members of society in rural and urban India. Mr. Satwalekar also serves as a director on the boards of Asian Paints Limited, Entertainment Network (India) Limited, Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited, Piramal Healthcare Limited, The Tata Power Company Limited, ILFS

Vivek Gour

Mr. Gour is the Managing Director of Air Works India Engineering Pvt. Ltd.Prior to joining Air Works he served as the Chief Financial Officer of NYSE listed Genpact Limited, a world leader in business process and technology services. As Genpact’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr.Gour played an integral role in transforming Genpact from a captive unit of GE into a highly profitable public company with over USD 1 billion of revenue. He is also on the board of directors of Makemytrip.com, India’s leading online travel company listed on NASDAQ.

HE holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Sydenham College, University of Bombay.
